Data Resolve have developed a highly configurable web based PhoneBook application, designed to stit securely on your Network. This enables us to deliver a tailored and bespoke solution without the need for significant and costly additional code.
The application can take feeds from various Legacy sources such as Active Directory and Telephone Switchboards or it could be implemented as a stand-alone product.
The PhoneBook provides an Intranet based view that can be searched to find Staff and locations. Users can request updates and amendments via the application which are submitted for moderation by the nominated Administrator/s.
Data management principles adopted within the application means that data outputs from the PhoneBook have been designed to provide scheduled feeds of the required data sets for other systems, such as, Call Loggers, Switchboards and Intelligent Voice Recognition (IVR) platforms.
